Travel update affecting GB holders of EU pet passports

Today the UK gov announced that Great Britain (GB) residents can no longer use an EU pet passport to enter the EU from GB with their pet

This is part of stricter EU legislation governing pet imports

They will instead require an animal health certificate (AHC) within ten days of travel

This only affects those resident in GB; clients resident in the EU can continue to use an EU pet passports to enter the EU from GB

GB entry rules are unchanged so it appears that pet passports can still be used by GB residents to enter GB
