Please note
There has been a small price rise for non-European certificates from mid-Sept 2025. The original fee will be honoured for all clients who booked before the change.
Payment terms
Payment is made via bank transfer after the booking is confirmed. For routine appointments, this is due 7 days before the appointment.
Cancellation policy
More than 7 days notice - full refund
48hrs to 7 days notice - 50% refund
Less than 48hrs notice - no refund
